PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. ALL RETURN COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

Items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, unstained, and unscented condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

The order must still contain all appropriate parts, components, and packaging as originally delivered.

Normal handling of the product is accepted; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Any product found to be defective must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, it will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?

We will then provide you with the correct return address. Do not send your return to the original sender. The correct return address will only be given to you once you have contacted us.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the product.
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the last goods in your order.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately once placed. Therefore, cancellation is not possible once items have entered the shipping process. You must first receive the goods and then return them to us to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to withdraw from this contract, you must notify us (Wattle Pearl) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. email) of your decision. The withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the returned goods. Return costs are borne by the customer.
Orders in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible until the goods are received. You may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel, but the return process can only begin once you have the goods.
To ensure faster processing of your return, please provide us with shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard option offered by us). Refunds will be issued without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your returned goods.
The same payment method you used for your original purchase will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
